By downloading, installing, or using LightNotes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to any content you create using the App ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

3.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of creating or sharing it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content.

3.3 Local Storage

All User Content is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, control over, or responsibility for your User Content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

We are not responsible for any loss of data, including your notes. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
